Roots & Haven was founded by life-long friends who share a passion for real estate, community, and servant leadership. After years of renovating homes and seeing the growing need for affordable homeownership and the increasing number of vacant or distressed properties across Indianapolis, we knew there had to be a better way. We created Roots & Haven to restore overlooked homes, strengthen neighborhoods, and help more people access a home in the communities they love.

We envision an Indianapolis where distressed and abandoned homes are brought back to life, neighborhoods are strengthened, and residents who desire an affordable home can access and afford it. ​

Behind Roots & Haven is a passionate team of women dedicated to restoring homes, and matching them with deserving homeowners throughout Indianapolis. Together, we bring experience in housing, nonprofit leadership, finance, real estate, and community development all working toward one shared vision: helping people and places take root again.
